Producing events and large meetings can be a complicated process. From choosing and negotiating with vendors to finding and securing an ideal location at a reasonable price, Luna Park Events knows how to professionally create and execute a flawless social or corporate event.

Our goal is to take away the feeling of being overwhelmed by taking care of your event and/ or meeting needs. Whatever the occasion, we want to be there to help you design it, manage it, and have it be something to remember.

I have been trained by some of the most competent event and meeting planning professionals in Austin, receiving an Associates of Applied Science degree in Meeting Management & Events Specialization, a Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning and a Certificate in Hospitality Management from Austin Community College. During my time at ACC I learned that the first tenet of event planning is to "always design the event for the individual and make the client happy, no matter what it takes". This is why it would be my pure joy to design an event for your specific needs!

My experience designing and managing events in Austin for the past eight years ranges from non-profit and other organizations to private businesses. To name a few, it has been my pleasure to work with AIDS Services of Austin, The Austin Gay and Lesbian International Film Festival, and Family by Choice. I’ve worked with local realtor Pride of Austin Home, LLC to organize a showing during the holidays and worked to organize and supervise the execution of a conference for the Society of Word of Mouth’s SWOMfest at the Long Center. Additionally, I helped in creating and organizing a launch party for Work It Personal Training, a local Austin gym and consulted Napa Valley’s Charbay Distillery in creating a promotional theme to help showcase it’s vodka products at an Austin opening night party.

Austin’s unique essence and vibrant community can be reflected through creative events. We absolutely love this city and our goal at Luna Park Events is to raise the bar for event planning and execution by instilling the best of what Austin “is” in every uniquely elegant event we create.
